Privacy notice

We only use the details you share to get back to you about your enquiry. We never sell them or use them for marketing.

This notice explains how Deha Pragnya Healing Center ("we", "us") handles your personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules on reasonable security practices. It is available in Kannada, Hindi or any other language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution; just ask us.

Who is responsible for your data

Deha Pragnya Healing Center, No 106, Lavender Meadows, Gunjur–Mugalur Rd, Kuthaganahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562125, is the Data Fiduciary for the details you share with us.

What we collect, and why

Through the "Request a call back" form we collect your name, phone / WhatsApp number, who the session is for, your preferred time and, if you write one, a short message. We use these only to contact you about your enquiry and, if you choose, to arrange a session.

Please don't include health or medical details in the form. Information about your health is sensitive; Niharika discusses it with you privately, in person.

Your consent

We process these details on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, by calling or WhatsApping us or emailing niharika.pachipala@gmail.com. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew, but we will stop using your details and delete them.

Children

Our sessions welcome children, but enquiries must come from an adult. If an enquiry is about a child (under 18), the parent or lawful guardian fills in the form and gives consent on the child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children, and we never track or target them.

Where your data is kept

Form responses are stored in Google Forms / Google Sheets in Deha Pragnya Healing Center's own Google account, which only Niharika can access. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. Google and Vercel act as our service providers (Data Processors) and may store data on servers outside India, as permitted under the DPDP Act. The home page also shows an embedded Google Map, which may set Google cookies; see the cookie policy.

How we protect it

Access is limited to Niharika, accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step verification, and the website uses HTTPS and a strict security policy. If a personal data breach ever affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your enquiry. Enquiry details are deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask, unless a law requires us to keep them longer.
